Prema Birthing

Prema Birthing is a birth into a new consciousness. It really is that simple. You will walk out of a Prema Birthing session feeling like you have a new version of your life to work with.

We have thousands of conscious and unconscious thoughts a day. These thoughts are like programs that have been running our lives from the shadows and are outdated. Programs like the vow of poverty program, which goes something, like “good people should not have material wealth” and the life is suffering program “life has to be hard, suffering is noble.” Most of these programs are deep in our unconscious and still they have the ability to affect our lives on a daily basis.

Imagine that you signed a birth contract coming into this life that had all the information about what you were supposed to do and who you were supposed to be on it and it doesn’t fit the person you are now. Imagine too that you inherited what your mother and father and your matriarchal and patriarchal lineages were supposed to do. Would you like to rewrite the contract and update the records of who you choose to be now?

Imagine that your parents are the divine mother and father and your birth is divine and you know that on a new level. That is Prema Birthing. Reconnect to your divine mother and father and untangle yourself from anything you are carrying that is the old you or belongs to your birth mother or your birth father.

The Breathwork I do is born out of rebirthing, so I was immediately interested in Prema Birthing because it is a rebirth into pure love. What ever you feel about your birth, what ever traumas you lived through, what ever you carried into this life with you take this opportunity to bless it, thank it, love it and let it go.
